Walt Disney World Resort and Ricoh have partnered to offer guests and meeting attendees a full range of business services to enhance their stay, or help with everyday needs

In the business center, the use of the computers is free for the first 4 minutes of use for travel related needs (printing boarding passes). You can use one of 6 computers to access the internet to check in with your airlines. To print your boarding passes, it's also free or you can then go to any CM at the front desk or concierge desk and they will print them for free. Cost to use the computers after the initial 4 minutes is listed below.

The business center is open Monday though Friday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm; and closed Saturday and Sunday.

Please note that a $5 per package handling fee will apply to all packages that are received through the Front Desk or are delivered to your Disney Resort hotel room.
