Coronado Springs Resort

El Centro

El Centro is where you will find many of the spots you may need to use or visit throughout your stay. Panchito's Gift Shop,

Cafe Rix, El Mercado de Coronado, Rix Lounge and the Maya Grill are located here. Bus stop #1 is out front and to the left of the main entrance by the Gran Destino Tower.

Amenities found in the CSR lobby area:

  • Wi-Fi Internet access in lobby and convention center common areas

  • Business Center offering copying, faxing, packaging, shipping and more

  • FedEx, UPS, Western Union, Mail, Safe Deposit Box

  • Multiple merchandise locations offering groceries, souvenirs, collectibles, art, books, apparel and accessories

  • Public telephones

  • Restrooms

  • Stamps (sold at Panchito's)

  • ATM and a pressed penny machine

As you walk out the rear entrance of El Centro, you are greeted by tons of breathe-taking scenery. The Laguna Lounge is nestled nicely at the edge of the lake with many booths and tables available so you can take your Pepper Market meal "to go" and eat outside or just enjoy a drink while you take in the beauty of CSR.

Boarding Pass Printing

The CSR Front Desk staff (now located at the Gran Destino Tower) is happy to print out boarding passes if needed, or you can use the business center to access the internet for travel related needs (4 minutes free) and/or to print out boarding passes, also free. Any front desk CM can print out boarding passes, just go to the CM that has the shortest wait.

For Southwest Airlines, once you've checked in, you have several options for getting your boarding passes.

1) print them when you check-in if you have a printer available (business center).
2) have them printed when you check your bags in at the resort
3) print them at any of the Southwest kiosks at the airport once you arrive
4) use the phone app and have the boarding passes sent to your phone.

At CSR I find it easiest to let the baggage folks print them for me since they have to access the system anyway.

If you don't have a smart phone, Guest Services will check you in (make sure you have your confirmation number).

There are times when you do not actually want the front desk to print boarding passes. That would be when a Disney Magical Express guest will have checked luggage on one of our partner airlines. In that case, stop by the concierge or bell captain window and they can make the procedures very simple (including how to prepay for those airlines that have fees).
